Coolant and your engine.
The cooling system of any car is without a doubt the most important component of the whole machine. It is a reality that between 60 and 80% of engine and transmission failures are triggered by cooling system “malfunctions”. This has been an enormous cost to equipment owners and $1.5 billion dollars yearly is credited to this failure across Australia.
This is an enormous amount of money considering the fact that it could be minimized considerably (probably by 75%) by the installation of the appropriate cooling system products.

In engines today it is essential to secure complex alloy heads and multi valve systems. An alloy head is subjected to “electrolysis”, the disintegrating of alloy by electrical action of the engine. It is as though the engine is one huge “battery”. An alloy head can cost anywhere from $1000.00 to $6000.00.
Frightening idea but a reality, and still they go unguarded as owners take the suggestions of the repairer or the garage owner who sells them the incorrect or inadequate product for their equipment’s cooling systems. Remember, the retailer generally has little knowledge of the products he is selling.

Diesel Engine producers have increased engine running temperatures to improve engine performance. This means correct cooling system maintenance is specifically important. Getting too hot, overcooling, pitting, cavitation, erosion, broken heads, piston seizures, and plugged radiators are traditional cooling system failures.

Gen XI Fuel Stabiliser and your engine.
Only distillate fuels that satisfy required specs will result in optimal engine efficiency and durability. All equipment and equipment operators require clean safe fuel if their equipment is to offer maximum efficiency.
Fuel properties and quality have an enormous impact on engine operation. Contamination generally is introduced during fuel handling, that is, transfer from the refinery to its last storage location might mean many fuel transfers and for that reason more opportunities of contamination.
Fuel quality can considerably affect the efficiency and maintenance of any diesel or fuel engine. Water can trigger extreme sludge and also trigger fuel pump damage in those fuel systems which use fuel oil to lubricate the pump.

Microlube Technical Specifications.
